I will not depict child-like characters in mature works.
I have the right to reject a commission.
Commission for any type of online or offline contest will be automatically declined.

Do not claim FULL CREDIT to the artwork's creation.
Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand.
Do not use my works in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

By default, I may use the commissioned work in my portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise. If so, refer to About Commissions.All client names and billing emails are kept strictly confidential. I will only tag your public social media handle upon request.༻𐫱༺· Client Usage & Licensing༻𐫱༺·
Personal Use: You may use the artwork for personal profiles. You may repost the artwork online for non-monetized use, provided you display the watermarked version and include clear credit linking to my social media. You may not sell, raffle, or profit directly from the image asset.
Commercial/Merchandise Use: If you purchased the Commercial/Merchandising License, you are authorized to use them for monetized social media content, print and reproduce the unwatermarked artwork for commercial retail sale. You may not claim credit for the original illustration creation or create derivative art edits from it.༻𐫱༺· Reference type ༻𐫱༺·

You must provide a visual reference of a character and pose for me to draw.By submitting references, you guarantee that you own the character or possess the legal right and authorization to commission artwork of them.༻𐫱༺·PAYMENTS ༻𐫱༺·
Please be decisive. The commission will only be official after the payment has been made.Changing characters is allowed IF I haven't started on your commission. I will let you know if I started.For commissions exceeding 100 USD: a split payment plan may be requested (50% upfront deposit, 50% upon completion). Final high-resolution files will only be released once the remaining balance is paid in full.Only participate in any transaction with me if you are over the age of 18, and are able to pay by your own ability (have your own PayPal or Wise account, credit card, etc.). I will not issue invoices to a different person other than the client unless discussed and agreed upon.By paying the invoice, you agree that the transaction is final and you waive the right to a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent blacklist and a report to artist safety databases.If the final balance remains unpaid for more than 14 days after completion without prior communication, the commission will be marked as abandoned, and rights to the artwork will be forfeited. Abandoned artwork may be repurposed, altered, or resold by the artist.༻𐫱༺· Refunds & Cancelations༻𐫱༺·
Client-Initiated Cancellations: Once payment is processed, the commission is generally non-refundable. You may only request a cancellation if I have not yet notified you that work has begun. Once I send the notification that your commission is active, the sketch stage has officially started, and no refunds will be issued.Artist-Initiated (Delays): If I am unable to begin your commission within 6 weeks of payment due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% full refund will be automatically issued.Artist-Initiated (Midway/Kill Fee): If I must cancel the project midway due to unexpected circumstances or a breach of professional boundaries, a partial refund will be issued based on the stage of completion:
Cancelled during Sketch Stage: 50% refund of the received deposit to the client.
Cancelled during Line Art/Flat Color Stage: 25% refund of the received deposit to the client.
Cancelled during Rendering/Finishing Stage: No refund of the deposit, but the remaining 50% final balance is waived.Note: In these cases, the client may keep and use the incomplete files provided up to that point.Rights Forfeiture: In the event of a client-initiated cancellation or unauthorized chargeback, you immediately forfeit all rights to view, hold, or use the commissioned artwork for any purpose.༻𐫱༺· REVISIONS ༻𐫱༺·
Sketch Stage: Up to 3 minor structural edits are permitted.
Finishing Stage: Limited to one single aesthetic tweak (e.g., color hue shift or fixing a missed character marking). Redrawing anatomy, clothing shapes, or line art at this stage is strictly prohibited.
Any additional or major revisions beyond these limits will incur an extra labor fee starting at +$25 USD per revision.༻𐫱༺· DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ༻𐫱༺·

While I value clear communication, I prefer to keep our interactions professional and focused on the details of your project. I will do my best to confirm the details with you to ensure I understand your vision correctly.In the event of a fraudulent chargeback or extortion, you forfeit your right to confidentiality.
