2024/07/22 Edit: Changes to ToS, TAT, Q&A, drawing do's & don'ts, prices & added more types of commission styles.The commission will take me from 3 to 6 weeks as I mostly do my comms on the weekends.Please take note these prices are for non-commercial commissions. Scroll below for information regarding commercial projects.Prices may change over time prior to opening for each category. Read my Terms of Service before availing any of my commissions.Way of paying:
Everything will be paid through Paypal. I send you an invoice. Please provide your email (for Paypal and to where I can send the illustration to) on our personal message when I approve. (i.e. "Hi! I'm interested in commissioning you for a full body illustration." I accept your commission~ "Okie! Here's my paypal email address. It's the same as my gmail.")Payment is in halves. When the draft is approved, please pay 50% upfront (you will receive an invoice). Then you must pay me the other half (again, I will send you an invoice) before I send the finished work to your gmail. For chibi/emotes, if sketches are approved: 100% upfront payment.BG, additional characters, and details:

Q&A

Do you do character reference sheet? Not at this moment.I don't have a ref sheet & previous art for my oc. Will that be a problem? I've accepted commissions of this kind before. It's fine as long as you give me examples of anime pics/moodboards/etc. Lack of reference of any kind for your OC and anything that requires me to design a character from scratch (only relying on word descriptors) will be x2 the base price.I want to commission you a one page comic! How much will that be? It depends, but definitely pricier than a stand alone art.Where can I share my commissioned work? As long as with the watermarked ver, + links of my social sites (or just link my Twitter/X), you can post anywhere.Do I own my commissioned work? Of course. If the commissioned work is for commercial use, I have the rights to receive a percentage of royalty. Otherwise, if the commissioned work is for personal use, do not sell.So I own my commissioned work. So do I own the copyrights to it? No. You only own the artwork as it was made for you. The copyright is mine. I can sell/monetize the commissioned work/works derived from it, but not the client (unless it was for commercial use; read above).What about my personal commission featuring my ocs/myself/me and my partner/pet/etc? I will not monetize on such topics. Any commissions featuring these stuff have the option to be kept private (not share online). Don't worry ♡Are commissioned commercial works forever mine to monetize (as long as I provide you the royalty)? Sure.Do you always stream your commissions? I'd like to stream them as much as possible, but it's not really a rule that I have to stream whenever I have a commission. If the commission is chosen to be kept private, then I will not stream the commission.Can I print my personal commissioned work/make merch of it for personal use? Of course! Feel free to show it to me when you do ♡Can I share the print/merch I made (from personal commission) with family/siblings/friends? Sure. Just make sure that this will not be turned into any sort of profit.(For people who have me as their Discord server artist) How much will it be to commission you for a server icon/server mascot/server banner/server emotes/stickers/custom icon roles? Aside from having credited me via linking my socials to where members can easily see, having me as your server artist (meaning I have an exclusive role for server artists: artists who provide art for the server such as banner, etc) means that you get to have a 20% off of whatever prices I have. A server icon is usually a headshot so it's going to be 96 USD from a previously 120 USD, and so on.Even if you're my server artist, does this mean that you can still be other people's server artist? I'm not bound to one server, so yes, I can still be other people's server artist. I have the rights to choose to be part of many servers where I can provide them my illustrations.

Drawing Do's & Don'ts

✘ overly offensive themes pertaining to sex, race, and religion
✘ Questionable themes featuring small & child-like characters (example: Nahida, Klee, Yaoyao, Bailu, Qiqi, Diona, etc.)
✘Gore
✘ designs more detailed than the provided samples
✘realism (I'm an anime artist)

✔ young to mature-looking characters (young: Klee, Nahida, etc. Mature: Xiao, Kazuha, Albedo, etc)
✔ human-faced anthros (as long as the furry still has a varying degree of human face)
✔ soft BL, GL, hetero
✔ Ecchi (x2 base price)
✔ fanart & oc (for oc, if I design for you: x2 base price)
✔Characters with complex designs/mecha/armor/weapon/wings
(will charge more for this depending on the details & if I design for you: 2x base price)

Commercial commissions:

Terms & Conditions

I have the right to reject a commission.Commission for any type of online or offline contest will be automatically declined.I strongly do not accept commissions with overly offensive themes.Do not claim FULL CREDIT to the artwork's creation.
You didn't make it yourself, but you are part of its creation alongside me. While the client has ownership of the artwork, I retain certain rights such as artist credits and publishing the art in my personal portfolio & social media.Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand.
Extra charges or royalties will apply for commercial projects. If the artwork is approved for commercial projects, you have my permission to commercial use.Do not use my works for in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.Tell me if you want the personal commission to be used in my portfolio and published to my socials, or to be kept private.Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as the watermarked version is posted with proper credits, including linking any of my relevant social media account/s.Be decisive.
The commission will only be official after the payment has been made.
Changing characters is allowed IF I haven't started on your commission. I will let you know if I started.I will provide screenshots of WIPs. You are limited to 3 edits during sketching stage, and 1 chance for minor adjustments in the finishing stages (including hues, painting in missing details, text variations). No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the piece.Commissions are NON-refundable.What you will get:
You will receive only a full resolution digital file of the commission.
No physical item will be shipped to your home address.

Rules

If I find that my terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted, and won’t be transacted with in the future.Be honest and responsible customers, only participate in any transaction only if you are able to pay of your own ability (have your own Paypal account/credit card and not use someone else'sーespecially parents'ーif they're not aware and have not consented). Chargebacks against me due to irresponsible buying, will automatically result to a permanent blacklist.The payer will be held responsible if there are any chargebacks and refund against me.You may inquire but do not harass me for commission slots if I am not open or available.Another thing from an introvert artist:
